Plans for the Ridge Pike Reconstruction Project are currently being assembled. I will post on this page plans for widening the road, and possibly adding sidewalks.
April 2010 update: There is an indication that this project had been delayed until at least 2014 and maybe until 2020, based upon disappearing financial opportunities. As a result of funding from the Commonwealth being deferred, the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners is in the process of investigating opportunities they may have to finance the State portion of the project. The County staff was directed to continue to secure a right of way consultant and to select an appraiser to help establish values for additional right of way that may need to be acquired for the project.
