Free Mulch

Ample amounts of composted leaf matter is available for all residents at our compost pile on West Wissahickon Avenue (see map below). It is available for free. Historically, we have had left-over mulch at the end of the season, so please take whatever you need.

The state requires the township to separate leaf waste from the waste stream and compost it.

I have had several requests to have mulch delivered to residents' homes. This is not possible due to manpower limitations and liability concerns. So just pull up your truck or Prius and take as much as you need!
