By-Right Plan and Conceptual Plan
On July 9, 2009, the Developers held their first public meeting to present two plans. The first represents a proposed development that they hold to be "by-right," meaning within the zoning codes of Cheltenham Township and Springfield Township. The second respresents a Conceptual plan for the development, which would retain the historic buildings and gardens, but which would require zoning changes and relief.
